What is an Out of Stock Checker?

CBS are embarking on a new program for Coles Supermarkets. We will be visiting every Coles Supermarket across Australia on a weekly basis conducting Out Of Stock Checks.

Coles are committed to improving the in-store customer shopping experience through the reduction of products that are unavailable for purchase. The information gathered by Out Of Stock Checkers will enable Coles to monitor, track and improve performance by Suppliers, Distribution Centres and Stores.

The program needs a team of dedicated Out Of Stock Checkers. You will be taking a walk through the supermarket, counting product lines that are out of stock, and reporting the information back to us on-line. There is nothing to buy, and no complicated surveys to fill out.
