Simon Lewis – Director
Simon initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has worked extensively in London, Sydney and throughout Asia. Simon then moved into the Marketing Services field where his roles have included Vice President of D.A.S Limited (Asia Pacific) and Senior Vice President of Omnicom Group Inc (Asia Pacific).

Simon brings a wealth of marketing experience, providing clients with expert advice on business statistics and strategy.

Claude Busse – Chief Operating Officer
Claude’s expertise is in the commercial design, development and delivery of business process solutions. Claude’s professional background and experience will help you monitor, manage, and improve your company perception and value to customers.

Prior to joining CBS, Claude held a number of senior positions in a leading business process outsource provider. Claude has developed and implemented world class information solutions for both corporate and government departments, in Australia and overseas.

Richard Norgard – Chairman
Richard Norgard gained his experience in a significant number of private and public companies as a shareholder, Director and Senior Executive. Richard’s expertise lies in strategic, operational and financial management.

Richard is a principal shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Investment Group Pty Ltd, and is a Director of a number of companies in which Bell holds interests.

Richard was a founding shareholder and Director of Outsource Australia (OSA). OSA provides corporate services to the private and public sector in Australia and New Zealand with a turnover in excess of $A60 million.
